Repair methods for building curtain wall glass

1. Removal of broken curtain wall glass

2. Removal of original glass

3. Remove the aluminum alloy structure of the broken glass
Use two-component glass structural adhesive to bond the glass and the aluminum alloy structure together. The curing time of the glass structural adhesive is 2 hours. After the glass structural adhesive is cured, remove the surface of the glass and transport it safely to the construction site.
4. Installation of glass
The construction workers outside go to the roof and slide along the rope to the construction position, with the top of the glass facing outward. The construction workers inside and outside suck the suction cups, and the inside and outside work together to lift it. The top of the glass goes out first, and the bottom goes out with it. Lift it and slide to the left, hang the glass aluminum alloy frame hook in, and tighten the aluminum alloy fixings with a hexagonal wrench. Fill the glue joints around the glass with foam sticks, paste masking tape on the glue joints, use a glass glue gun to apply glass sealant into the glue joints, and use a putty knife to compact the glue joints to make the glue joints around the glass smooth and unobstructed. After tidying up the glass surface, the construction workers outside slide down the rope to the first floor, go up to the roof, and put away the rope; the construction workers inside clean up the house, restore the house to its current state, take out the cleaned garbage, and check the construction site with the property duty master to ensure that there are no leftover debris and engineering problems.
