Tempered glass & laminated glass & Insulated glass
Tempered glass
The heating flat glass makes tempered glass just below its softening temperature and suddenly chills it with jets of cold air. It results in the outer skins under powerful compressive stress and the interior with severe tensile stress. Consequently, the impact applied to the glass will be overcome by the compressional stress on the surfaces to assure the safety of use.
Heat Soak Test
Heat Soak Test takes advantage of the Heat Soak Test system to detect the occasional occurrence of nickel sulfide (Nis) inclusions in tempered glass. Under strictly controlled temperatures, high-temperature β-Nis converts to low-temperature β-Nis, which accompanies a 2-4% expansion in volume and causes the glass to break if the inclusion is located at tensile stress. The test reduces the frequency of spontaneous breakage of tempered glass after installation.
HEAT SOAK TEST PROCESS AND TEMPERATURE CHANGES

Laminated glass
Laminated glass is formed as the sandwich of two sheets or more float glass bonded with a challenging thermoplastic polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer. Under heat and pressure, pull out the air and then put it into the high-pressure steam kettle, taking advantage of high temperature and high pressure to melt a remaining small amount of air into the coating.
Insulated glass unit
Insulated glass is made by fusing two panes of glass spaced by dry air, argon, or other inert gases. Its excellent efficiency in solar heat insulation significantly reduces cooling loads.
The dry air inside the enclosure renders the surface free from misting; more excellent efficiency will be filling in argon or other inert gases.

2. Ice rink glass system
Yongyu Glass, the vendor member of the U.S. Ice Rink Association, has exported SGCC approved 1/2" and 5/8" tempered glass products to the ice rink industry in the USA since 2009. We export high-quality and reasonably priced tempered glass products to our customers and share the profits from the trade.
Other Advantages
The tempered ice rink glass system protects the audience behind it. Tempered ice rink glass systems serve several purposes, including:
1) Protecting spectators from line-drive pucks flying at them, which can cause severe if not fatal injuries, not to mention protecting arena owners from lawsuits that result from injuries;
2) Ensuring that the game is uninterrupted by keeping the puck within the rink and in play;
Protecting both players and fans from each other and preventing physical altercations between them during highly-emotional games; and
3) Insulating the arena by keeping the cold air in the rink (especially useful during flooding and set-up).
3. SGP laminated glass (Dupont authorized)
The DuPont Sentry Glass Plus (SGP) comprises a rigid plastic interlayer composite laminated between two layers of tempered glass. It extends the performance of laminated glass beyond current technologies as the interlayer offers five times the tear strength and 100 times the rigidity of the more conventional PVB interlayer.
Feature
SGP (Sentry Glas Plus) is an ethylene and methyl acid ester ion-polymer. It offers more advantages in using SGP as an interlayer material SGP offers five times the tear strength and 100 times the rigidity of conventional PVB interlayer. Better durability/long life expectancy at elevated temperatures, excellent weather, and edge stability
What makes the SGP interlayer so unique?
A. Greater security from threats such as severe weather
B. Can withstand bomb blast performance requirements
C. Greater durability in elevated temperatures
D. Fragment retention
E. Thinner and lighter than PVB
