• Air compressor: screw type and piston type. Generally, the screw type is better, but the price is relatively expensive compared to the piston type. If the gas consumption is large, you can consider piston type. The noise of the screw is relatively loud. Generally, 7.5KW is enough. The power supply is 380V.
• Sandblasting machine: Press-in type can be preferred. Advantages: high sandblasting efficiency. Disadvantages: short service life of consumables.
The speed of the suction type is a little slower than that of the press-in type, but the function and service life are longer than those of the press-in type. The details should be selected according to your sandblasting process. Suction type can be considered for frosted glass. Press-in type is recommended for engraving and carving. Power supply: 220V, 50HZ.
Abrasive: Generally, corundum is used for glass sandblasting. Advantages: low price and durability. The coarseness depends on the roughness of the sandblasting, usually 80# is good.
Generally, corundum is sprayed out with high-pressure air for sandblasting glass. Because corundum is harder than glass, it can strike the required pattern on the glass surface. First, stick it to the glass with special adhesive paper, and then carve the required pattern. On the surface without adhesive paper, the corundum sprayed by high-pressure air strikes the required pattern. The surface with adhesive paper is protected, and the glass surface is intact. By using multiple sprays, three-dimensional pictures with different depths can be created.
