Reasons for tempered glass cracking
Tempered glass mirror cracked laminated glass and its processing method, relating to the technical field of glass deep processing. The product of the present invention has a structure including, from top to bottom, an ordinary transparent glass surface layer, an upper film layer, a tempered glass mirror layer, a lower film layer, and an ordinary transparent glass bottom layer. The upper film layer bonds the ordinary transparent glass surface layer and the tempered glass mirror layer up and down, and the lower film layer bonds the tempered glass mirror layer and the ordinary transparent glass bottom layer up and down; the processing method of the product of the present invention includes making a tempered glass mirror, processing the ordinary transparent glass surface layer and the bottom layer, spreading the upper and lower film layers, sandwiching the tempered glass mirror between the upper film layer and the lower film layer of the two combinations of the ordinary transparent glass surface layer and the upper film layer, the ordinary transparent glass bottom layer and the lower film layer, performing a curing treatment, and cracking the tempered glass mirror layer. Its advantages: it combines the effects of mirror reflection imaging, cracking effects, and glass transparency effects, and organically combines mercury mirror making, glass tempering, cracking technology, and bonding technology into one.
Causes of tempered glass breakage
(1) Human damage: Some owners may break the glass due to improper operation and protection during interior decoration. Some open doors forget to close and are instantly closed in strong winds, causing breakage;
(2) Self-explosion of glass: Some tempered glass explodes due to the presence of nickel sulfide in the original glass;
(3) Thermal cracking: Some glass breaks at the edges or corners. Some glass is caused by installation stress due to inadequate protection such as pads and isolation during installation. The heat stress of the glass is concentrated under the sun's exposure and causes breakage.
