What is heat-reflective glass?

 

Heat-reflective glass is commonly known as coated glass. It typically has one to three coatings applied to the glass surface. The shading coefficient (SC) of heat-reflective glass is 0.2 to 0.6.

Ideal visible light transmittance and reflectance, a variety of reflective colors, low solar energy gain, and an ideal shading coefficient.

 

What are the applications of one-way transparent glass?

 

It is primarily used for concealed observation windows. A vacuum magnetron sputtering device is used to coat transparent or tinted glass. When the film thickness on the coated glass changes, the color of the film changes, which is why coated glass has a variety of colors. The color of coated glass with tinted glass as the substrate is the color of the glass itself, not the color of the film.

 

Does contamination on the film surface affect the color?

 

For coated glass, even a very thin, transparent film can significantly alter the color of the glass. Uneven film thickness can create a splotchy appearance.

 

What is a glass mosaic?

 

Glass mosaics are made by melting quartz, feldspar, soda ash, and fluoride at high temperatures, then processing them into square glass products (generally sized at 20×20mm or 25×25mm). They come in a variety of colors and are opalescent or semi-opalescent.
